Is there a way to get AllVideos to display a custom thumbnail for each video? Maybe a tag to the URL?
I want to add a custom thumbnail to Youtube videos. Youtube is having issues with displaying thumbnails consistently across browsers.

If you use YouTube videos primarily, you could do a template override for AllVideos (see its documentation page for more) and modify the output to parse the YouTube video URL and then generate a thumbnail URL (see stackoverflow.com/questions/2068344/how-do-i-get-a-youtube-video-thumbnail-from-the-youtube-api) from that video URL.
