Hello,

We have been using AllVideos to post videos on K2 articles and it's been working for years. All of a second, several users on Ipads and Mac Books have reported that the videos don't display and that they get this error message: "The Media Could Not be Loaded, Either Because the Server or Network Failed or Because the Format is Not Supported"

We haven't changed anything that we know of. Still mp4 videos coming from Zoom recordings.
