I just installed the Allvideos to play an .mp4 video which is uploaded to the server. The code on the backend is: {mp4}pre-existence_debate{/mp4} The video is in images/video and that is how the plug-in is set. I am attaching a picture of what appears on the front end. Any help would be appreciated.

It is now working but I do not know why. I put the full URL in the parameters of the plugin (root is a subdomain); checked the frontend and since there was no change, went to the backend, deleted the full URL going back to images/video and for some reason, it now works. I would appreciate knowing what the posted screenshot attachment means though as I've never seen it before.
