I tried to search for this but couldn't find any posts or help on this, maybe I'm missing something obvious?

I'm trying to embed a widescreen .mov video on my site with AllVideos, how do I make sure that it doesn't get streched to normal 4:3? Is there a way? Just to say that I use 4:3 videos as well on the site. Do I have to wait for the next release to have custom size?
