I can't figure out how to post a remote file without a file name.  I'm fairly sure the File is flash, so i tried using:
{remoteflv}www.vitalbmx.com/videos/features/Extreme-Thing-Dirt-Comp-2007,5754/Extreme-Thing-Dirt-Comp-2007,764/Losey,112{/remoteflv}
and
{remoteflv}www.vitalbmx.com/videos/features/Extreme-Thing-Dirt-Comp-2007,5754/Extreme-Thing-Dirt-Comp-2007,764/Losey,112.flv{/remoteflv}

Neither works,and I can't figure out why.

Does anyone have a clue how to fix this? 

Is it a streaming video or a video that is stored in a server?

Take a look about how to use this mambot, from your administrator panel, " Administrator->Mambots->Site Mambots->AllVideo Plugin" and read the instructions.
