Please let me know which module you are looking at. I will take a look at it and see if it is something feasible to accomplish. JUST KEEP IN MIND - Modifying a module is a hack and any upgrades to K2 would overwrite those changes.

From your file manager on your hosting account (or however you can access the file directly...), navigate to:
modules / mod_k2_content ? tmpl / Default /
Edit default.php
