Rebuilding K2 Icon Cache was created by Darien Ruddock
Okay so i accidentally deleted all the files from "public_html/media/k2/items/cache" which is what K2 links to for the images on each article to be displayed. The reason why i deleted all the image files in the folder was because after changing the thumbnail sizes it didn't seem to re size them. So i though that after i delete these cached files everything would be okay. It turns out that K2 did not regenerate them as i expected it to do, similarly to GK News Show Pro, which when you delete cached thumbnail the program automatically regenerates them. Thats besides the point though, is there a way to regenerate these thumbnails without me going through and re-adding all the photos for the articles? Which would be tonnes of work :(

I have the same problem, and it is discouraging to see that no one has replied to this topic.
From what I've read, K2 creates those images only when you upload them.
But, if you already have images in your site, and you change the layout parameters, like the image widths, the images are not rebuilt.
Does anyone have an idea of how to rebuild the image cache in K2?
From what I can find, it looks like you have to reupload all the images, which is really annoying and time consuming.
