I have installed K2 on my Joomla site and created a number of k2 items. They all work really well but I would like to know how to turn off the "Written By" and "Published In" elements of the Articles.

Can anyone help?

In the parameter settings of the category the item is published, click on Item View Options,

Hide both Author and Category

You can inherit category settings based on another category :)

Use the Inherit parameter options from category and select the category name from the dropdown list.
