Is there a php file that i can change to modify my rating titles ? I want to put them in a defined color and center them.

I come back with my problem. I changed my template and i have a contact module as same level as my rating plugin. What in css should i change for adding padding to left and for aligning titles with stars.

Hi. No one can be help you to modify your own code. You need to tweak your template's CSS. If you post a link to your site then maybe someone can help you. Otherwise it's impossible from the picture.
