K2 gets installed easily but when i click on the admin component link, I see these 2 warnings and all links in the admin don't work.

these are warnings, in joomla global settings, server tab, turn error reporting off

You should not get warnings. What version of Joomla!/K2 are you using? Try to reinstall K2.

I am using K2 v2.5.7 / joomla 2.5.4

I downloaded twice just in case it was a corrupted file, uploaded and got those errors and then uninstalled and reinstalled again and got the same errors.

i did now turned off the error reporting and it doesn't show anymore the errors, but the parameters icon link is missing and when i click on it , the page goes blank.

All the plugins are turned on.

The only components i have are aceshop and acymailing.

I really would like to have k2 for my articles but i can't get it installed...

I was able to install it now, by downloading the file using a different browser. Now i can see the parameters icon but the only problem now is that the parameters do not open in a lightbox. They open in an entire page.

Is this supposed to be like that?

The only jquery i have in the admin are from aceshop which is already set to not remove other jquery libraries.

Hi. First of all, clean your browser's cache. Then ensure that you are connected in the internet in case you are working on a local server. K2 will try to fetch jQuery from Google's CDN. If you are not connected to the intrenet you are going to face issues.
