How can I place the 'contact us' single contact menu item type within a k2 item so users can easily inquire (without looking for the contacts menu) about properties.
Should I create a module and use modules anywhere; if so what kind of module?
Any other suggestions?

Hi. You can add it to an item introtext or fulltext by using an editor like JCE and insert a menu link of the contact ( this assumes that you have already created the contact ). Another way is to make a template override and place the link. Finally you can also do it by using a module.

Forgot to say that you also add the link to a K2 extra field.
