Adding Categories in the frontend

Adding Categories in the frontend was created by Mark Gomez Design
Would it be possible at all to allow users to create categories from the frontend? I'm working on a school website and would love to allow them to be able to create their own sub-categories to organize their classes.

Hi. Unfortunatelly this feature is not available in K2.
