My site....

I am attempting to build a v. 2.0 site and running into issues. Not sure if I'm missing stuff, or if it's just still not there.

Does anyone know how to:
1. Link article titles?
2. Hide the Item Tools bar if it's empty?

I'm sure I'll have more questions,b ut those are the big ones.
