I would like to be able to create a form for users to input information into several fields - some of which are text fields, some radio buttons, etc. Is this possible and, if so, how?! I have a simple form created, but it requires the user to select "extra fields" to input the additional data. I'd like this all on one user form. I know there must be a way.

Also, how does one add a rating field/entry?

I have a feeling that there is going to be an "aha!" moment with K2, but right now I am struggling to figure out how the pieces fit together. Some documentation would be rally nice... :-)

I use RSForm. But I still haven't found a way to get and send data from extra fields.
Hope someone has a solution.
