Make generic view mimic category item view? was created by David Mead
Does anyone know how to make the generic item view (as in tags and search) be the same as the category item view?
I want a consistent looking page whether somebody clicks on a tag or a category listing. For example to show the Extra Fields and Print and Email buttons.

I am also interested in getting my items to look like categories. Struggling with it right now! The only solution that I can think of is to transfer my articles into categories, but that's a roundabout kludge and I don't like it.

I'm also looking for an advice how to achieve constant look of the site.
It's really annoying that you don't have any influence on the output of the site when you click on tags, except a few option in general parameters.

I have marked this as an area to look into on k2joom.com.
Although clicking TAGS retains the site style, thanks to micro theming, I am not happy with the result and will be looking at ways to improve it.

Hello,
Is there any news on this subject yet?
It would be great of there was a way to copy the layout of the categories to the tag-view .
