I've got a situation where the searched word is in the title but not in content but search isn't returning the file.

I am getting K2 items in my search results, but only where the word is in the content. K2 search plugin is enabled

Is it possible to tweek this to include title content in search.

I am having similar problems. I posted here last week, and I can't even find my post now. I can only find things randomly. What to do?
