Menu Links seem to only give me 404's

Menu Links seem to only give me 404's was created by DrDigital
I am new to K2 but not Joomla, I own joomlamafia.com..

I wanted to get the hang of K2 on a redesign of another site and I can not for the life of me make a menu and link to items or categories and have them work without a 404.

I have core SEF turned on and the .htaccess done correctly... Any clues?

Heres a screen shot of my info, I also purchased SmartBlogger besides Simple Image Gallery Pro (so I have supported joomlaworks since before K2)
