I had checked your website and there is nothing strange in your front page.Please modify settings of categories, most of settings are self explanatory.To manage display settings easily, you should make a dummy category named template or anything you like. now please do appropriate required settings of template category.after doing it please change one setting of other category i.e Inherit parameter options from category, please change it to template in all categories. Now you will able to change display settings by changing settings of template category only and it will applicable to all categories.
You can also change display settings during menu creation.
Please play with template settings till you will not get desired results. If you have any specific question then please ask it in forum.
