I am a process to beuild a site were a huge part of the content will com form the users, are there a module/feature where it possible useres can sumit new article based on eg. categories ?

 

Another qustion is it possible to make simple lists over content with filter funktion ( eg. Countries - State - City )

 

I use Joomla.

 

Hope there are a kind soul there can giv me some input for this task
