I have uninstalled K2, however still have the same problem - what files does K2 Change in the joomla/rockettheme files.

Reinstall the joomla / rockettheme template - make sure that if you have made any changes in the template to images, css etc. that you have a copy before uninstaliing template and then reinstalling it.
