tags and search result lay-out was created by totalwebshops
Hi,
I am working on www.040uit.nl , where I managed to display the search results with only item name and category name.
For example: main menu - restaurants: 3 columns, only names and categories.
Now, because some restaurants belong to more then one category, I want to use tags with each item. So now, when a restaurant has a Chinese as well as a Japanese menu, I give it the tags Chinese and Japanese. This way it will be displayed when you search for Chinese restaurants and when you search for Japanese restaurants.
For example: main menu - straten - Dommelstraat: here I see the complete item. At the moment I have only two restaurants with complete info, like photo, video and photo gallery.
So, how can I change the settings for the search result when I use tags, just like the search results when I use categories, that is: with 3 colums and only item name and category name???
With kind regards,
Edze

Hi "Edze"
Am not sure I can help you with your issue here.
I advice to use another solutions like This.
BTW:
- You need to e-mail the developer to obtain the module.
- This will use Extra fields and help you finish your project.
Hope helped you.

Hi,
You gave me a link, but they do not respond....
How strange that it wouldn't be possible to give the search result of the tag search the same layout (number of items per page and number of columns) as for the search result per category?
Isn't that something that one would expect to find default in K2?
Kind results,
Edze
