Sudden problem with the revealing of a category

Sudden problem with the revealing of a category was created by B_Dark
I have some categories in the menu of my site, suddenly it shows me the category like this: "Error 404- the article #0 was not found".But I can see the category if I move the second category to the fourth category!!!Why????

+if i disable Search Engine Friendly URLs everything is cool, why?
