Would like all registered users to be abole to submit a blog was created by Helmut Watterott
On www.webhosting-scotland.com I would like all registered users to be able to add blogs in a specific category. But I want them to have to be approved first.I have been checking the docs and forum but I can't find that setup. How do I go about that and is it actually possible? Also I have sef404 installed and everything works fine except for the K2 login module. The link to the user page does not work.

Hi Helmut,
You have to :
- Create a K2 user Group with 'Add items' & 'Edit own item' set to 'Yes'.
- Affect your K2 users to this new group
As 'Publish items' is set to no, even if they set 'published' to yes in front end, the item will not be published.
If you want to be alerted when a new blog post is made by a user, you should take a look to the 'K2 Multi Notify' extension : k2joom.com/k2-extensions/k2multinotify

Ok, done that. Where do they find the page or link or menu item to actually create an item?

Yeah, sorry, I don't get it.
I just upgraded to 2.4.
The 'My Page' link just jumps to the frontpage (possibly a sef prob).
There is nowhere to set a link or see a link from where a registered user might go and click on to actually add an item.
What am I missing?
