Comments not working was created by Tim
Hello,
Unfortunately it is not possible to add comments to my website. I have set the parameters that everyone can add a comment but it is not working. At explorer I see at the left bottom a yellow sign and an error message. I says that there is a problem at the components/com_k2/js/k2.js
My website is www.seizoenwerk.nl
Can someone help me because at the moment nobody can add something.
Thx
Tim

Hi Tim,
I've checked your website but can't find a page with a K2 item and comment displayed. I don't read NL so if you could just put a direct link.

Tim,
I've just tested and comments are working, I've tested on chrome and Firefox.
There's just a css problem with the submit button which is almost invisible.

Hai Olivier,
I have changed the item_comments_form.php (I deleted the class=button) of k2 because changing things in the style sheet did not work. I now have a easy button but unfortunately I can still not post a comment, it works with firefox but not with explorer. Can you maybe tell me what is wrong.
Thx

Hi Tim,
I've tested again on FF, Chrome & Safari & Chrome and my comments are saved & displayed.
Which version of IE do you use ? Do you use the Simple image gallery ? If yes, try to upgrade to the last version (2.0.5, i think). I had some K2.js errors with older versions.

Hai,
I have had contact with Artisteer what is the program where I made the template, I solved the button problem, it is showing now. Unfortunately I still can not add comments using IE8, with modzila it is working fine. I think the problem is k2 itself.
