Front-end editing, toggle sidebar refreshes to homepage was created by tarik916

I am not sure if this is a template related issue (scripting), but when I click toggle sidebar in a pop-up editing window, the content inside of the window refreshes to the website homepage.

When I do this, it acts as it should and shows the sidebar. Try changing to default template and see if it acts the same way

Hi, did you finally find the cause? I am experiencing exactly the same problem, and I agree it must be some javascript loading missing, or anything else template related.

Did you find out why this is doing this. I have tried everything and i can get it to work without opening my home page inside the editor window.

I found out that if i have "Search Engine Friendly URLs" enabled this is the effect. It will open up the page your on inside the editor.

Can anyone figure out how to fix this? maybe an edit to the htaccess?

Can anyone help with this...? I either need a way to fix it so it does not happen when "Search Engine Friendly URLs" is enabled or remove the toggle feature from the editor popup.
