Hi,
Is there an answer to this as we get exactly the same problem, but only when using IE8 and 9. Other browsers seem to work fine.
Versions for ref. Joomla 1.5.22
K2 version 2.4.1
Editor version JCE 1.5.7
Browsers - IE8 and IE9
Richard

Hi,
We have checked and cannot edit K2 items in the back or front end of Joomla in IE9 - a serious problem for new users.
The symptoms are:
You have to type some text into the K2 item before you can create a title.
The category drop down is disabled until you type into the item
You cannot upload an image although you can select from the network directory
You cannot attach anything to the item
Clicking the attach button results in a strong of dots across the page.
Are we the only people meeting this problem?
Kind Regards,
Richard

I can confirm that the IE problems increased with version 9. I hope this matter will be dealt with. It's kinda difficult when you have several users adding material and they use different browsers. It renders many unnecessary support questions.

It would be nice to know if K2 developer are even reading these posts?
K2 is great, but there are a few bugs that should have been fixed for a long time ago.

Any one got any news on this? I too have simple gallery pro running...
Is it K2 or SIG Pro?
Browse function works on image and gallery sections.
