Hi, we have been building a K2 site and we have trouble with the category item list pages: if you open them they freeze out in IE7.

 

Everything runs fine in other browsers: we ran Javascript diagnosis tools and they were negative. We also installed the original K2 template on the site to test the IE7 problem but we had the same problem in IE7 if we were opening the category item list  page.

 

The site comes up already under its domain name and it is password protected - I cannot share the credentials to the site.

 

Can you give us some pointers what can be the possible culprit?

I just checked it and didn't notice any freezing while opening a category list in IE7. Did you change anything, did you solve your problem?

Hi, thank you for your follow-up. We actually sorted out the problem and launched the site / lifted the pw. The problem was unrelated to K2: the problem appears to be caused by a page turner at the bottom of the category list pages.

My apologies for not giving you a heads up sooner: we have a long weekend in Canada.
