Hi there,

we just bought the K2 MultiNotify Extension some days ago and we were suprised how good looking this  ext is.

 

But theres one problem:

The Subscription to new comments is only working when the Comments are published automatically.

When new Comments are not published immediately the subscription doenst work.

 

 

Does anybody know why subscription doenst work when comments have to be checked?

(The Extension makes an Entry "Comment" under "Notifications" in the Admin Panel marked with "Not Sent" but when u check the new comment and publish it this entry gets deleted..)

 

Would be nice if someone has an idea about that.

Or where i can get help about that? Where's the Support for K2 ( or do i have to buy tickets somewhere ?? )

that are great news ;-) what if the package we bought is to old? older than 31days? i dont remember exactly.. do we then have to buy it again? hopefully not, cause its a bug ....

@olivier my multinotify.php is dated Feb 20 and my plugin xml has this <version>1.2.1</version>i havent had that problem

Hi Olivier, that are great news, cause i thought it'll work with the subscription.. but it didnt...

 

@william.. did u turn on comment auto publishing? if its enabled the subscription didnt worked ( not the new comment approval! )

On my site, the comments do not display

and they do not get approved...I compile them and print them out for each post...
