Stop HTML from being stripped out of Introtext was created by Sean Carney
I suspect this is something very basic and I think I must have tweaked a setting wrong because previously I had thought this was working the way I want it to.
What I am wanting is to NOT strip out HTML from the introtext in the category views.
In K2 Parameters I have set the following:
Content tab: Content Cleanup section:
Introtext HTML cleanup (tag strip) = No
Fulltext HTML cleanup (tag strip) = No
So, it seems like I have the correct parameters set.
I then go to a Category view, in this case my category is called "Nature's Eight Doctors"
life.drcarney.com/lifestyle/nature-s-eight-doctors
The first article, should be displaying some bold, some italic and underline and a paragraph but it is not. If you click on the Read More link the formatting all shows.
In the Category settings for this particular category I have set the following for life.drcarney.com/lifestyle/nature-s-eight-doctors:
introtext = Show
Introtext word limit = 140
Can there be another K2 setting somewhere that would remove all formatting from the introtext?

I have the same problem with HTML being stripped out of item while using JCE editor.
What I have done that seems to work is to toggle the editor, enter the html code, then save with out going back to the visual editor.
There must be a setting in the editor that controls this.

Hi. Since you have introtext word limit applied the HTML is going to be stripped. Otherwise it may break your site.

So then how do we limit the intro text and keep the formatting?
Tried the <hr id="system-readmore" /> and it breaks the page format once you click to read the article. Is there a way to keep formatting and use the intro text limit?
