Do you have any K2 related extensions installed?

I have only simple image gallery pro plugin and k2 import. Al the plugins modules components of k2store are disabled

Any news guys about this problem?
i have the same error saving/modifing an item by forntend k2 panel.
Using Joomla 2.5.7 & K2.6.1.

I'm also experiencing the same problem. Save / Edit items in front end containing Extra Fields fails with Fatal Error.

Hi. This issue has already been resolved. You can wait for K2 2.6.2 or use the SVN version at getk2.org/assets/svn/

Была тоже такая проблема при сохранении материалов c фронтенда К2 2.6.1
Обновил до 2.6.2 SVN version проблема решилась но появилась другая.

У меня есть дополнительное поле URl,
Когда в него вношу данные и сохраняю - результат A и r.

I used the SVN version, and the first error ( Fatal error: Call to a member function getSearchValue() on a non-object in /home3/davizxtr/public_html/administrator/components/com_k2/models/item.php on line 721
) has gone.
But now the attached file appears
The items was saved correctly

Ensure that user is assigned to a K2 user group with the appropriate permissions.

I think the user groups are fine. In the last version i didn,t have this problem with the same users.

Ok. Changing this (see attachment) it works fine.
But my intention is that users can create their articles in the frontend, but not publish nor edite them after the articles was published by an administrator.
Can i do this?

Hi I thought this line my fix my problem since loading the additional information tab data but I still get this fatal error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method K2ModelItemMultiImages::buildAliasBasedExtraFields() in /home/sites/SITENAME/public_html/genealogy/components/com_k2/models/item.php on line 1492

I also have the following plugin installed which may be involved as it is mentioned in the error message:
getk2.org/extend/extensions/date/item/763-k2-multiple-images-plugin


The other pages in the category that I have not added the additional data to are working fine but even after emptying the data out of the additional data tab of the broken page it still didn't work.

The multi image plug in is being used in a different category and is behaving fine.

Same configuration - multi images plugin works on item view without K2 extra fields... both the image and extra fields work on the category view, but not on the item view. Even the new "image" type of extra field works, in the category view...

Anyone?

Just reporting back, I received an updated "K2 Multi Images Plugin" from Andrey (JoomCar) and it solved my issue. Hope this is helpful to someone.
