Hi all,

I'm trying to create items named after people, "NAME SURNAME". Occasionally, all available items should be listed off like "SURNAME, NAME". I created extra fields for that, but now I'm wondering how to utilize them. There seems to be no way to control the output by extra fields.

Am I missing something? How could something like this be achieved?
