K2 Component & JomHoliday was created by Juanna McKenzie
Good Day
Last evening I purchased the Joomla Component JomHoliday.
The component was configured and assigned to menu item but page loads with the following error message:
Fatal error: Call to a member function getUserProfile() on a non-object in /home/hbkvilla/public_html/components/com_k2/helpers/utilities.php on line 73
Can you please provide assistance in resolving?
Joomla Version 2.5.8
K2: (Last update: November 23rd, 2012 - Version 2.6.2)
Gantry 4.1.4
Template: Rocket Theme993
Your assistance is resolving ASAP is appreciated.
Regards
Juanna

If you disable the holiday menu and/or any plugins associated with it, does your site work normally?
Do you have k2 modules or tools loading on the page in question?

All other menu items on the site are working except for the menu that Jomholiday is assigned to.
When JomHoliday component is disabled from assigned menu and another item is attached the menu the page loads with data/content.

I've contacted them and because of the error message being reported they suggested I contact K2.

The component developer says the error is on K2's end and suggesting that I uninstall K2.
All my articles are in K2 and it will be too time consuming to transfer all articles....is there a tool to transfer articles in K2 to my regular joomla.
I really think both K2 and JomHoliday should work to resolve this issue.
