Hi: where (and how) I have to modify the code to add a standard text to all my k2 items ? Before the text of the k2 item.

hi all,

I would want to add some text to the blank content tab for new items so that when the user wants to create a new item/article, they see on the content tab some text already (e.g. "enter here your 1st paragraph").
is it possible?
I'm looking in the itemform.php file, but I'm not sure what I need to add or where.

can anyone help?
