is it possible share an item for many users ?

Help us out with a little more info about what you want to do

i have a lot items and i want those items share between many users

for example :
i have medicine(item) that it selling in 5 pharmacy , each pharmacy is a category and a user
now i want to share this item to 5 pharmacy
In this way every pharmacy(user) this to be shared, it will display the list of that user article

the item belongs to a category and a user is the author
i would investigate the multi-category add in for k2 - search extensions at top here in this site
sounds like you want the same item to display in multiple categories

if you mean multiple authors for one item, i havent seen that
There are tags that many people use for different things, and which are the default way to get items to have a one to many relationship
