I have check the parameters and did confirm that the print and mail option is ticked but I don't see the buttons?
Please can anyone help with this one?

Make sure inside your Categories you have Set: "print button" and "email button" are show.
also, check in your Categories => "Inherit parameter options from category" to none
or if you use this.. make sure that Category have "print button" and "email button" are show

[item]
Make sure inside your Items "inherit from Category" or just "Show"
