So far so good with K2 everything working brill.

However I will not be using the image gallery so would like the tab hidden but cannot find a way of switching it off.

I guess there must be a hide item in the parameters but cannot locate it after trying just about every item.

try adding display:none to k2.css line 318

You can use our brand new "Inceptive Hide Tabs for K2" plugin to do that. And not only that, you can hide any tab you want.
