I cannot figure out why our Facebook images will not display in the module on our Home Page even though I have it set to display the images.

The images work just fine in the Facebook feed page so I know they are there.

The image you have in your inside pages is through ja-social and not K2. Therefore, it won't show in the module even if you have set the Show image to yes.
You have to setup the image for each K2 item in order to show up correctly in the K2 modules.
