Everything is going well only when I publishing comment see this message
Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_regex_encoding() in /home/a1syria/public_html/components/com_k2/helpers/route.php on line 68
regex is ok "on" (on my server (hosting) )

I am sorry I cannot reproduce the error, are you using any 3rd party extensions?
Any template frameworks?
Also have you tried the same procedure with the default or the atomic template?
(Use ?template=system or ?template=atomic as a URL suffix)

Just use a demo registered account and take your site offline and post it here.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do,
You should contact your hosting provider about this issue.
PHP multibyte extensions doesn't seems to be enabled.
PS. You can take it down now.

I am not a server expert, but he should enable the function I told you
(PHP multibyte), and I am afraid you might run into some other issues as well. I could not for example install a new component.
Check the minimum and recommended requirements for Joomla! sites and make sure your host provides them.

my hosting ask
if available test file for k2 to insert it in my site to see if anything missing

all k2 users must know and careful about this message

I am sorry your server does not meet the requirements for running Joomla! extensions (you need PHP 5.3+ for most of them) but K2 has nothing to do with it.
If your host cannot properly setup your server maybe you should look for another hosting provider or he can install a server template with pre-configured popular applications stacks suitable and up-to-date for Joomla!.
