regex is ok "on" (on my server (hosting) )

Any template frameworks?
Also have you tried the same procedure with the default or the atomic template?
(Use ?template=system or ?template=atomic as a URL suffix)

You should contact your hosting provider about this issue.
PHP multibyte extensions doesn't seems to be enabled.

(PHP multibyte), and I am afraid you might run into some other issues as well. I could not for example install a new component.
Check the minimum and recommended requirements for Joomla! sites and make sure your host provides them.

if available test file for k2 to insert it in my site to see if anything missing
to let my hosting reading it

If your host cannot properly setup your server maybe you should look for another hosting provider or he can install a server template with pre-configured popular applications stacks suitable and up-to-date for Joomla!.
