Can anyone know why in media manager i can not see the preview of images?

Hello cegi,

I have tried it and I can see the previews in both J! 2.5 and 3.1 latest versions. Which version are you using and are you getting a JS or another error?

Hi, i do not have any error - i just do not see the preview

i have J2.5.14 and latest 2.6.7 K2

what is JS ?

ok so my browser has this option enabled (i use chrome) so JS is not the problem

What exactly do you get when you double click on an image. (We are always talking about the K2 media gallery, right ?)

yes we are talking about k2 media gallery

for better view i`m sending attached file

when i double click on file it open new window and open this file.

Yes, this is the default behaviour of the media manager. As for the thumbnails make sure your images are of a 'normal' size and width. Sometimes if an image is too big it may take some time to generate the thumbnail.

size and width are ok - even i had a 3-4 MB it always was show but now even smaller photo is not display

i just find that responsible for display file and other media in K2 is elfinder - maybe there is some problem ? can i reinstal it somehow ?

elFinder comes bundled with K2. If you have edited it in anyway, reinstalling K2 will revert these changes and reinstall elFinder as well.

i have reinstal K2 but it do nothing - i still cant see this image preview

is there something possible to do ?

It seems that the preview image isn't generated. You could check with firebug or a similar browser tool the path or the image, it should be something like

images/.tmb/l1_c2FtcGxlZGF0YS9wYXJrcy9hbmltYWxzLzE4MHB4X2tvYWxhX2FnMS5qcGc1375304498.jpg

Maybe there is some permissions issue to that hidden folder.

i do not know what and how shoud i check by this firebug... cany you tell me more ?

When you are in the Media manager you choose to inspect element through Firebug. There just choose the image file where you where suppose to see the preview and check the url of the image. It should be something like the above link.
