Hi,


i logged in as a user from frontend and am trying to insert a k2 item from front end. bot the modal box is not showing any thing.

Add New Item --> creating k2 item is not showing in model box, it's continusly loading.

My accont --> 404 is showing when i am trying to save it.

Please help me on it,,,,,

Is it working with the default template? (You can use a ?template=system as a suffix to your URLs) and are you using any SEO/SEF extensions?

add ?template=system on your URLS to view your site with the default template (no overrides)

Your overrides probably need to be updated.

There must be a JS error or conflict. Make sure you are loading jQuery only once and before the K2 scripts.

You can set up a demo user with limited privileges and have me take a look at it.

I don't know whether i can ask or not. I have purchased responsive scroller k2 module. i am getting this error

" Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class GdReflectionLib in /var/joomlastg/modules/mod_responsive_scroller_fork2/admin/phpthumb/thumb_plugins/gd_reflection.inc.php~ on line 47 "

I am sorry K2 does not support Archiving.

As for the responsive K2 module you need to ask the module developer about the error.
