How can I display images above the items titles? (ngo24.com/index.php/ideas)

Please read this piece of documentation: getk2.org/documentation/tutorials/174-templating-with-k2-and-the-concepts-of-sub-templates .

Once you have copied your files open category-item.php look for the image ( check the <!-- Item Image --> comments) and move the entire block on top of the title.

The code is well commented but make sure you don't 'break' any php if statements.
