I'm using K2 for my blog. Does anyone know if you can change the navigation at the end of a item?

On the default setting at the bottom it says " Start Prev 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 Next End " What I would like to have it as is " Start Prev 1 2 Next End " . Does anyone know if there is a override for this or another option in k2 to do this ?

K2 uses the default Joomla! pagination plugin. You need to edit that plugin.
