new here and using the free version for testing before buying.
The problem I am having is no matter what I do, be it use a read more or use two editors, one for intro teat and one for full, when I go to the full text page when clicking read more The first paragraph takes on the format of the heading (Heading 2 in this case). I cannot seem to change this no matter what I do.
Any help would be most welcome?
Thanks,
Simon.

If you use one editor, have you used the read more separator?

I have tried cutting and pasting with the paste as plain text box and all other options, it will not let me set a separate Heading and paragraph?

If you do then all HTML will be stripped. If not you have to separate your subtitle and text with different paragraph elements. Then select the first one and apply the heading you want.

But can I get it clear in my head about intro limits.
Can I only set intro limits if I have two editors?
And if not, in how many places do I have to set intro limits for items?
Thanks,
Simon.

Now, the limits for introtext are only put in the category's settings. The one thing you need to check is if the category you need to apply the limit to, doesn't inherit its parameters from another category.

The setting is located under the "Item view options in category listings" options of the category.

Two more questions:
1, If I have the two editors so I can dictate for each item how long the intro text is for each, what are the best settings in the category view intro text?
2, I want to buy the Pro version of K2store, I know it has the Paypal plugin with it but can I set Credit card payment with that option too?
Thanks,
Simon.

1. Despite of how many editors you are using in the backend you can limit the amount of words your introtext will show in the category listing.
2. K2Store is not an extension developed by us. You need to advise the extension's support team for this.
