Hi. What are your Joomla!/K2 versions? Ensure that both of them are up to date.

K2 version is written in the footer in K2 administration pages. Joomla! version can be seen at the system information page.

Are you using any other extensions? Are your captcha setting properly configured or are you using any security extensions?

Thanks for the quick response. I tried deactivating Captcha and nothing changed. I am using DMC Firewall

Sorry I forgot to mention that the error

"Fatal error: Class 'K2Table' not found in /homepages/12/d51035808/htdocs/xxxxxxxxxx.com/administrator/components/com_k2/tables/k2user.php on line 14"

comes up when I log in with Facebook, oddly enough the account is created on the back end nevertheless.

Which extension are you using to log from FB?
Also which version of K2 are you using?
If you disable the Firewall are you able to login?

The Facebook extension is www.oneall.com/

K2 is K2 v2.6.8

With the firewall disabled I still have the same issue. It says for a second you are logged in with Facebook then goes to the error page. I t does register you on the back end though.

It sounds like an issue with the extension. It probably does not support K2.

You can try disabling the Enable K2 User Profile setting in K2's advanced settings.

Hi everybody,
i'm trying to migrate a website on a dedicated server. The website perfectly works on the old server. In the new i only can see that line:
Fatal error: Class 'K2Model' not found in /var/*****/****/*****/httpdocs/plugins/system/k2/k2.php on line 430

And the same is for admin panel. I checked the php version and it's the 5.6.27 one. I cannot access to anything. Is there some parameter i have to check in the plesk panel?

Thank you an regards,

Marietto
