Are you using the "Page Heading" feature perhaps in your menu items? If so, it will override the title of your K2 Category or Item that you link to.

If not, explain in detail your issue.

I attaced screenshot with menu example and link to category page where this title must be sermons-online.org/andrew-wommack

The page has a head title instead of a H! title

Yes, I have overrided template. But it based on latest default template

Check the variables and the conditions that echo the title in your category.php (compare it to the default one).
