Hi Fotis,

In the category settings I can not remove the date. Under social sharing the Linked in and another button are not listed.
In which file can I remove it?

I'm using K2 version 2.9.0 and the Simple Image Gallery Pro version 3.6.7.

Unless there's an override for K2 that is bypassing K2 category settings, both the date and social networks can be switched on and off from each K2 category.

Since LinkedIn was not part of K2 v2.9.0, I can only assume you do have K2 overrides inside your Joomla template's /html folder.

Hi Fotis,

Thank you for your answer!

In the category settings under "Item view Options - Item created date and time" is set to hide. Likewise under social sharing the twitter, facebook and Google+ button is put on hide. Linked in and another button are not listed.

How can I find out if I have K2 overrides inside my template?

Look in: /templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_k2/
