2.10.2 backend items list page-rendering problems was created by regexaurus
After upgrading to 2.10.2, the items header appears behind the filter options, even when scrolled to the top of the page.
If I scroll completely to the bottom, on the left I see some cut off fields for batch operations. On the right I see cut off Apply and Cancel buttons.

I think your browser has cached CSS from a dev version perhaps. Just check your site with a private window in your browser or delete your browser's cache.

Google Chrome (installed version: 79.0.3945.79) is my usual browser of choice.
I also tried Firefox (71) normally and a private window (like Chrome incognito).
I normally use the default Joomla administrator template (Isis) and tried temporarily switching to Hathor. None of this made a difference. Immediately after downgrading to K2 10.2.1, the problem goes away...

I've done extensive testing on Joomla 1.5, 2.5, 3.x, on multiple browsers, screen sizes, OS platforms (desktop and mobile) etc. It works as expected.
You're the first to report such a thing and it looks like a large portion of CSS is not loaded at all or just breaks.
Perhaps the issue boils down to some CSS conflict with another Joomla extension (probably another K2 or system plugin).

I did some testing with disabling some extensions. The problem persists, even when the only enabled K2-related extensions are:
K2 10.2.2
Simple Image Gallery Pro 3.6.7
Multiple Categories for K2 1.2.4
To be clear, there are a number of other core and third-party extensions enabled. I'll try doing some testing with disabling other extensions...

OK, let us know how it goes. Additionally, you could just setup a new blank Joomla site with K2 on it, just to make sure.

The problem appears to be associated with Multiple Categories for K2 (v1.2.4).
Steps to reproduce:
-Install clean Joomla 3.9.13 site
-Install K2 2.10.2
-Install Multiple Categories for K2 (v1.2.4)
-In backend, go to: Components > K2 > Items
The problem disappears if System - Multiple Categories for K2 is disabled, or K2 is downgraded to 2.10.1.
