This is not K2 issue really, it's more editor-specific.
Ensure your Joomla WYSIWYG editor settings are the same as they were before. Perhaps previously you also used a different Joomla WYSIWYG editor. Or if you did use the same editor with default settings, perhaps the newer version has things setup differently by default.
