multiple categories for k2 was created by V-Twin motor inn V-Twin GREU

Hi I have problem with multiple categories for k2.When enable the plug in in category show only the items from multiple categories and not the main category.When disable the multiple categories plug in shows only the main category and not the multiple category.Can you help me to fix that?

If you refer to the actual third-party extension, you should redirect any questions to its developer.
