Unparsable structured data was created by Jason Case

This page is shown that it has Unparsable structured data in Google Search Console and it highlights the area with the problem (see attached screenshot): thepulsespot.com/small-business-success/13-critical-components-of-crm-architecture-for-businesses-3

There's an unescaped character in your content. Please upgrade to v2.10.4 (dev) from getk2.org/downloads/?f=K2_Development_Release.zip - this should resolve your issue.

I upgraded to v2.10.4 but and retested the page in Google Search Console but it's still showing the same Parsing Error. Any other suggestions?

The test fails in "go-to person". Change it to single quotes and check again.
